A box of 4 stunningly large eggs from our little flock of truly free ranging, 90% grassfed geese. Goose eggs are a seasonal treat, unlike chickens who lay year round geese will naturally only lay from winter until early summer. Ours got an early start this fall though!
Goose eggs are quite the experience! You can fry or scramble them like any other egg, but they are prized for use in baked goods or homemade pastas. Each egg is 3-4x the size of a chicken egg. Blown out goose eggs are also used for crafting.
