Wild for Salmon Nova Lox is smoked in small batches at an artisan smokehouse. Nova Lox is smoked using raw sugar, sea salt and natural wood smoke. The lox has a smooth and moist texture with a sweet and smoky, but subtle flavor. Nova Lox contains no nitrates or preservatives, therefore it is best to keep the salmon frozen until it’s ready to be eaten. Always refrigerate after thawing and eat within 5 days. Each package is 4oz.
