Twin Brook Farms Raw Honey

Raw honey harvested from the bee hives here at Twin Brook Farms. Cassie keeps roughly 10 hives for pollination. Our girls are cared for using only natural and organic beekeeping practices. Our honey is a mix of clover from our pastures and wildflowers from the hedgerows. It is harvested using centrifugal extractor and strained through stainless steel mesh strainers. It is always raw and never heated. Like all pure honey, ours will naturally crystallize over time. To liquify honey that has crystalized, place in a sink with hot water until liquid. Do not refrigerate honey as this can speed crystallization. Do not feed to infants under 1 year old.
