Tonjes is now aging maple syrup in Catskill Distillery Bourbon Barrels!
Maple Syrup is aged up to 6 months in the bourbon barrel and bottled for a unique treat.
Bottles are glass flasks!
Once all the syrup is bottled, the barrels are returned to Catskill Distillery so they can create authentic Maple Flavored Whiskey!
